Religious School

The Temple Beth Shalom Religious School provides a joyful, engaging Jewish education for children from kindergarten through 10th grade. Our curriculum integrates Hebrew language, Jewish history, Torah study, holidays, values, and Israel education in an age-appropriate and interactive format.

Grade Levels

• Grades K-2: Introduction to Hebrew letters, holidays, and Jewish values through stories, songs, and art
• Grades 3-5: Hebrew reading and writing, Torah narratives, Jewish lifecycle, and community building
• Grades 6-7: B'nei Mitzvah preparation, Judaic ethics, and Hebrew proficiency
• Grades 8-10: Confirmation program exploring Jewish identity, social justice, and contemporary issues

Schedule

Classes meet on Sunday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with additional Hebrew sessions on Wednesdays from 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM for grades 3 and above.
